Counselling and Psychotherapy provide a safe place where you can talk about issues that are bothering you to gain more clarity and perspective. Communicating your thoughts and feeling with self-awareness can empower you to make more constructive decisions for your future.

My name is Antigony Langley and I am a fully qualified Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a practice based in both Islington and Paddington. I am a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy UKCP and I adhere to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

As a separate practice, I also hold a diploma in Psychological Astrology with the Centre for Psychological Astrology (2011) and am a member of the APAI (Association of Professional Astrologers International)

Astrological Counselling can increase self-awareness and help you to understand yourself at a deeper level. Rather than make predictions, we will explore your psychological patterns, talents and potential as seen in the birth chart. An initial reading or on-going sessions can help make sense of immediate challenges and highlight opportunities for the year ahead

Experience

I have worked with a diverse set of clients from a broad spectrum of ages and backgrounds, dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, low self-esteem, relationship problems, work difficulties, co-dependency, disempowerment, control issues, bereavement and loss of purpose.

I practice from two London-based location, Spiral Centre in Islington N7 near Holloway Road tube station and CCPE in Paddington W2 near Warwick Avenue tube station. Both Centres are 10 minutes walk from the station. See Location page for maps and travel details.
